Sanjay has over 25 years of rich experience in large public companies and MNC’s that extend through the media and entertainment spheres. He has held the role of a chairman and served on the board of directors of global M&A and partnership deals. He has also had the opportunity to head operations, spanning several countries with a team of over 1500 people. Sanjay graduated from St. Stephens College, Delhi. He then went on to procure an MBA degree from IIM Kolkata and did his specialization from IIFT, New Delhi.
Amar Panghal – Director Finance
Amar Panghal has 19 years of experience in corporate finance in different business verticals of investment banking, logistics, media and entertainment, and security solutions. Amar’s primary responsibility is managing financial risks, shareholder relations and helping fund the mega growth of the group. He has always gone well beyond finance into balancing compliance and risk management with business-performance goals.
Mitesh Mehta – Executive Director
With years 6 of experience in the realty business as a Director in Kamla Landmarc Group, Mitesh Mehta gives PB Lifestyle the edge in location hunting, development of luxurious landmarks, and an in depth legal knowledge of business in the Indian scenario . A post graduate in Business Management, Strategic Marketing and Finance, have helped shape his achievements as an individual and has established him as a successful businessman. As Hugh Hefner once said “Playboy is for anyone with money and taste”, Mitesh is a perfect example and lives it to the fullest.
Gaurav Bakaya – Head - F&B
Gaurav has 12 years experience in Hotel Management with specialization in gestating live music venues and managing F&B operations across a wide spectrum of Industries. He was Head of F&B operations at Blue Frog, New Delhi and Bombay, Jet Airways and the Ministry of Sound, Delhi. He has also held key hospitality positions at the Taj Group of Hotels and the Radisson Group. Gaurav believes, "Hospitality, is all about understanding those needs, however individual they maybe, & then converting them to service promises that make the customer feel special & delighted."
